When the snow falls hard, a lot of people feel trapped or start to dread the hours it will take to shovel the front drive. But even in a light truck or SUV, you can bring powerful plowing to your driveway, cul-de-sac, or small parking lot when you have a DK2 T-Frame Snow Plow. This plow installs easily on any 2” front mount receiver (sold separately) and includes a remote control that will allow you to clear sleet and snow from the comfort of your heated cab.

The standard model is raised via 3,000 lb. winch, and the Elite model is raised with a weather-proof actuator. Both devices can be operated from inside the cab with the included remote. The design brings the simplicity of a simple t-frame to the strength of modern custom mounting frames. This plow features three efficient angles that will push snow to the left, the right, or straight forward. The durable steel construction is powder coated and completely UV resistant. Each plow includes a hardened steel edge scraper, a rubber deflector, skid shoes, and polymer wrapped wire markers.

The whole package ships directly to your door in one convenient carton. Conveniently, the flip-down and locking castors make it easy to install, remove, and shuffle around the garage in the summer months. DK2 is am ISO 9001 certified manufacture and they cover this plow with a 1-Year Limited Warranty.

The plow looks ok and works ok. The problem I have is the hardware is garbage. The bolts that hold the scraper popped right off. It's like the heads were just glued on the bolt. I had to buy grade 8 bolts to reattach and then weld the scraper so it would stay on. I'll also have to weld the skid shoes as the bolts don't stay tight. The vibration loosens the locknuts easily. The plow frame also sticks out too far, dragging down the front end of my vehicle to the point where the plow frame digs into the ground when plow is raised. I have a gravel driveway so this is a problem.

Overall, the plow itself is nice. However, the mounting system is trash! The Curt hitch they sent for my Jeep is a sloppy fit. The mounting hardware is pretty half ass and will NOT go on as quick or easy as the installation videos show. I ended up needing to remove the bumper in order to grind out the holes for the mounting hardware. Once mounted, it sticks out waaaaayyyy to far in front of the Jeep. THIS IS A HALF-ASS SETUP!!!!. Buy a plow that has custom brackets for it. The hitch mount setup is a piece of crap!

Though the plow works very well and I am pleased with it there was a couple of improvements. 1. There was an added 4" pin that wasn't in the instructions. It bent first time I used it. 2. I put the plow on a 2017 Chevy Silverado. The A-frame is only 2" off the ground. I can't drive it to help plow out others because it bottoms out on the road. 3. The two arm supports are a good idea but poorly designed. It wouldn't take much to install a shock absorber to pin to the receiver. I would readily recommend this plow over several others that are much more expensive; if you could fix these items.
